As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the wide variety of amenities and activities available at the hotel. The apartment's clever home automation was impressive, and the scented soaps added a pleasant touch. The central location made it easy for us to explore the shops, restaurants, and nearby slopes. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bar served amazing Caipiroskas, and the hotel had a great selection of saunas. The mountain river in front of the hotel was a beautiful feature, and the hotel's location was perfect for biking and hiking adventures.

Couldn't get enough of the lively dance events at the Biała Woda club! Skiing straight from the hotel and relaxing with massages at the spa were the perfect balance.

Nestled in the heart of the Pieniny Mountains, this hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that catered to my every need. The facilities were impressive, with a beautiful Spa & wellness centre, spacious rooms with modern furniture, an Indoor swimming pool, and leisure/ TV room. The Massage and Full body massage services were heavenly and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The Sun terrace and Garden area provided stunning views of the river and surrounding mountains while I lounged on the comfortable Sun loungers. The location advantages were great, with plenty of nearby attractions and many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

My only minor qualm with the hotel was the Spa lounge's crowdedness during peak hours. Although the services were excellent, the space felt cramped, and the experience would have been more pleasant if I had more privacy during my Beauty treatment.

Had a great Easter break with the family at a beautifully designed mountain resort with excellent amenities. Loved the spa facilities and the tasty breakfast. Location was perfect, with everything in easy walking distance, from parks, restaurants and the ski lifts. The spacious and comfortable rooms were another plus point for us.

While the hotel had great facilities, some aspects could use improvement. We found the gym equipment to be lacking.

It exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in Szczawnica, with three saunas, tasty food, and modern, high-level rooms. I had an amazing stay at this hotel by the river with an amazing view and a central location on Dunayec river. It was close to all the restaurants and the cable car. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a swimming pool, fitness room, and three different saunas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wide in choice and very delicious.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food to choose from. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet area with an amazing view, but still centrally located. the spa was wonderful and had everything you needed to relax and enjoy your stay.

The mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. the hotel could work on improving the soundproofing for the rooms, as we were able to hear normal conversations from neighboring rooms which disturbed our rest.

I felt a sense of belonging and truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfasts offered a wide selection of delicious options, and I particularly loved the honey in plaster.
